Excellent Quality

Best chef's knife I've used. Lacks the blunt end near the handle that many knives do and as a result food does not go flying when chopping--something that really irritated me about my old knives. Also these knives are heavier and glide through food easily--I need to adjust my technique to use less effort. They look good and the handles are comfortable.

Sorry I waited so long....

The short chef's knife is my go to knife in the kitchen. I spent a lot of time reading about other knives and for some reason I took a chance on Misen, knowing little about the company. Glad I did. Very fair price for a great knife. It is light and cuts through large carrots like butter. I feel like a Sushi chef when I slice cucumbers so thin I can see through them. Great knife.
