Not too big, not too small
I have no complaints about my new stockpot. I like that the lid is stainless steel and not the more popular glass lid. It looks good and match my other misen pans.

Like it so far
I was going to buy another name brand stock pot, but I felt like it was a little too much for my budget. Anyway, I do own some pots from the name brand, but this is comparable in quality. I was looking for a pot that I can make soups and broth in larger amounts, and it works just for that. The material feels very sturdy and well made. It's nicely polished and beautiful on the outside, with was to grip handles. Initially, the 8 quart stockpots I was looking atr the other one was lower and more wide in the base. I prefer that this pot goes up higher, so it doesn't take up as much room in the base on the stovetop.
