7 QT Dutch Oven

I purchased this Dutch Oven in the Kickstarter campaign, years ago. I wanted to see how this product would hold up after a good amount of use. I use a gas stove and electric oven. I have braised meat, and made many tomato sauce based recipes, as well as sauteed vegetables, mushrooms, onions etc. I do a thorough cleaning with dawn and a scrub daddy after each use. As of today, the Misen Dutch Oven looks the same as the day it arrived. No nicks, scratches or any discoloring of the interior. The cooking surface enamel is better than any non-stick product on the market. The key with this product...Use the correct temperature on the stovetop and the recommended temp for the oven. If you have experienced discoloration, it is because you overtemped during stove use and burned it up. That is a user error and not because of a poor Misen product. I highly recommend this Dutch Oven and IMHO it is equivalent to the higher cost name brand French product I also own. Thanks Misen!
