Pan is fantastic!! I bought this for my wife… she is very fussy. She loves this pan and says the quality is above and beyond and she couldn’t believe the price!!
I was tired of buying "non-stick" pans only for them to get scratched and in turn lose their effectiveness. I saw the lower price on the two-pan set of Misen and decided to purchase it. These pans are incredible. They are a good heavy pan (but not too heavy) and the finish works as advertised. The best thing is the even heating throughout the entire pan--no more hot spots. They are easy to clean and have held up well thus far.

Pan worked great for low heat cooking. Recommend that bottom of pan with all the little circles be buffed or gone over with 0000 steel wool prior to using. On my first use I produced small streaks on the top of my glass stove. Marks came off glass stove with a lot of elbow grease! I used 0000 steel wool and a little buffing on the bottom of the pan. It now works well and does not leave marks on the glass top stove.
This is my new favorite omelette/egg scramble pan - perfectly sized, I took great care watch the video and follow the instructions. I may have to expand my Misen nonstick collection!
