This cookware is great! Easy to clean because it just doesn't stick.
I debated about buying this or another brand name sauté pan. I have had a couple months now. So far I am happy with my purchase. I have used it twice this week.
Very happy with the pan and its performance. Only misgiving is it is a bit heavy, but it is vastly superior to the pan it replaced
I've always been a good cook, but with these pans....my meals are getting more compliments... these pans can hold a temperature, low, medium, or hot.. not burning the garlic any more!
