“I’ve been a line cook for 5 years and worked with a lot of nonstick pans turning out thousands of eggs for brunch service. Misen exceeded my expectations. My only critique is that the pan is maybe a touch heavy, but I’ll happily take that in exchange for how fast and evenly it heats. Great product in my opinion.”
