    Fillet knife

    As with all the Misen products, I’m very pleased with balance, sharpness and all around comfort of my new knife. I prep a lot for family, both two and four legged, so this will get lots of use. Can’t recommend this company enough.

    It was a gift for my husband

    Makes butchering a breeze
