I have used several different brands of kitchen knives but none of them ever really felt right in my hand. Until I found Misen. High quality build that is comfortable and priced considerably low considering the quality. I haven’t owned them long enough to see how they take to sharpening but the quality of steel used tells me it should be no problem at all. Cheap steel can arrive sharp but once dulled can be impossible to get that edge back. Quality steel will sharpen with relitive ease, provided proper technique is used. So far I love these knives and I didn’t have to pay hundreds of dollars per knife to get the same high quality as top tier kitchen knives.
I look forward to making all my knives Misen knives.
