Our NEW mini 13 inch size is even more accessible – perfect for mid-week roast chicken or for reviving pizza slices.

This IS a roasting pan because It’s sturdy and deep enough to hold a holiday turkey. But it’s NOT a roasting pan that sits in the back of your cabinet the rest of the year. That’s right – it’s a roasting pan, it’s a sheet pan, it’s a griddle. We use ours ALL WEEK LONG for everything from sheet pan veggies and chicken thighs to stove top french toast and bacon to late-night chocolate chip cookies. 3 in 1 versatility. Mic drop.

  • 5-Ply, 3.0mm Stainless Steel: Crafted from 3 layers of rigid steel and 2 layers of aluminum – all the benefits of our Stainless Steel cookware. 
  • Heat Retention: Stainless excels at getting hot and staying hot. Unlike cheaper pans, when you add cold food, the temperature won't drop. This means better searing and more evenly-cooked food.
  • Even Heating: 3.0 mm is thicker than most expensive pans out there, and the aluminum layers help heat dissipate across the surface. Dinner will cook and brown more consistently.
  • Unique Handles: Extra tall, extra wide and easy to grab, even with mitts! 
  • 1.5-inch Side Walls: High enough for optimal airflow to get perfect all-over browning, but tall enough to keep in juices and prevent spills.

    Why did I wait so long for this pan?

    This roasting pan is a dream! Being able to use it to search and grill, then finish in the oven is fabulous. Roasting a turkey was great as the lower half of the bird was exposed to the circulating heat, promoting browning and more even cooking. The handles are so easy to grab.

    Versatile Go-To Roasting Pan

    I have put this roasting pan to work to roast vegetables (root vegetables and higher moisture vegetables), roast a spatchcocked turkey, deglaze the pan, but I have not yet ventured to use it as a stovetop griddle. This pan performed perfectly for all oven situations. With even heat distribution, everything that I have made has cooked evenly. The depth of the pan is perfect for roasting (not too high) and holding juices from meats and veggies. The handles are perfectly designed to easily lift the pan out of the oven while wearing thick oven mitts, and sturdy enough to lift out of the oven without disturbing anything in the pan. This really has become my go-to sheet pan and roasting pan.
