This IS a roasting pan—sturdy and deep enough for big jobs. But it’s not the kind that hibernates all year. It’s a roasting pan, a sheet pan, and a griddle in one. Heat Retention: Our stainless is 5-ply, which means it has 3 layers of steel and 2 layers of aluminum. Together, they excel at getting hot and staying hot no matter what’s in your pan. (3-ply pans could never!) Prepare for better searing, stir-frying, and browning—aka more delicious food.
Even Heating: Our pans are a full 3.0mm thick—that’s thicker than most pans, even the expensive ones. This thickness prevents hot and cool spots, so you don’t have to keep moving those chicken thighs around to get an even sear without sticking.
Unique Handles: Extra tall, extra wide and easy to grab, even with mitts!
1.5-inch Side Walls: High enough for optimal airflow to get perfect all-over browning, but tall enough to keep in juices and prevent spills.
Dishwasher Safe: Throw it right in. 5-Ply steel means it won’t warp. it’s indestructible.
Size Note: 18” size is compatible with half-sheet size wire racks and baking mats; the 13” is compatible with quarter-sheet size accessories; the 9” fits most countertop and toaster ovens.

Perfect size for my toaster oven!
I love, love, LOVE this pan! As a singleton, its size is wonderful for making half recipes of favorite casseroles, lasagne, cornbread, etc. and I’m not stuck with enough leftovers to feed an army! It also fits perfectly into my countertop toaster oven, so I don’t have to fire up the range oven. Cleanup has been a breeze - only light scrubbing with a nylon pad has been needed so far, and the pan’s small size makes it easy to wash on my top dishwasher rack.
I’ve had this little guy’s ’big brother’ full size pan for maybe five years now and it has truly been a workhorse in my kitchen. Now that I’m downsizing in retirement , I am looking forward to using the smaller pan for most of my baking and roasting needs. Thanks again Misen, for providing quality knives and cookware that let my inner chef shine! 😊

My favorite multi-use pans!
I started with the biggest roasting pan and loved it, so I started looking at the smaller one. I ended up getting that one and then wished they had one that would fit in my toaster oven. Well, now they do! I have all 3 sizes and I love them! They do seem indestructible and I love that there's no give/floppiness even when loaded down. I recently made a French toast casserole in the little one in my toaster oven and it turned out great (I set the roasting pan on a toaster oven pan just in case of overflow). I normally put down a silicone mat or parchment paper just for easier clean-up.
