  • 8 inch Chef Knife: This rocking workhorse takes on everything from slicing zucchini to separating chicken parts to mincing garlic.
  • 8 inch Santoku Knife - Break out this big guy when you need to cut up a slab of watermelon into neat chunks. Or any up and down type of chopping.
  • 8 inch Serrated Knife - This big shot is great for cutting super soft foods like tomatoes or super hard foods like a crusty boule.

    Replacement knife

    I have owned this knife for a few years and it is my “go to”

    I used it the other day on some frozen meat and the tip broke off. I contacted Misen, sent a photo of the broken knife and was sent a free replacement the next day. No hassle. It was smooth and easy.

    I highly recommend the knife and applaud the excellent customer service!
