    Great pan on top of stove or in the oven LOVE IT!!!

    Love on top of the stove or in the oven it works great. It always amazes me how easy this pan is to clean after stove top or oven. Quick clean with soap and water. I love my new pan!!!

    Product quality is excellent but the website needs improvement.

    I bought this thinking this was 11 inch wide but its actually 12 inch and would not fit my induction cooktop. Why is there no stainless steel wok in the lineup? I would pay good money for a Misen 11 inch stainless wok. Otherwise the product is excellent quality. Love misen. But this item is a little too wide for me.

    One of my favorite pans

    Great capacity, even cooking, easy cleaning. I don't use this often, as we're only cooking for two. But if you're making a bunch of meatballs and sauce - this is the one. Can hold and evenly brown the entire batch of meatballs (yeah, even the IKEA recipe) and simmer with the sauce in one pan. Arroz con pollo is also great in this pan. Never had anything stick nor had to scour anything for cleanup. And it looks great!
