Generally I like the pan very much but was surprised that after making jambalaya, the bottom of the pan had leftover images of the rice. I couldn’t remove them with just dishwashing soap and water, needed it to use “bar keepers friend” and lightly scrub. Wondering if I did something to cause this reaction in the first place?
