Bought 10 inch fry pan almost 4 years ago. Have used in high heat, forgot was on burner in high heat, have run though dishwasher many times. Fantastic pan to have lasted 4 years used many times a week.
I'm back to buy the 12 piece set because frying pan finally has a small pinhole where nonstick has let go

Have used one pan once. No problems.
I have had Analon cookware for years. They say you can use metal. No, no you can’t, because eventually the get scratched just enough to no longer be slick.
I had decided, even before I got Misen, to not use metal utensils regardless of what the manufacturer states.
So, when I read no metal utensils, I was all in.
As light as these pans are they heat perfectly. And cook like a dream. I must say, for once I got a great product.
