The nonstick pans are amazing. I use them every day to make eggs, quesdillas, grilled cheese, sautéed vegetables, and the list goes on.
This is my 4th Misen pan, and what made this one special was the fact that it is a warranty replacement for another that I used for 4 years. I scratched the old pan--clearly my fault--but the surface started to peel around the scratch, so the warranty applied. This pan performs as advertised. My only concern is about the PFAs used in the manufacture of most nonstick cookware. Look it up.
I really like the new style of non-stick pan Misen has come out with. So nice to see a company not be satisfied and continue to work on improvements.
This new design is a true winner! It even ‘feels’ nicer than the previous designs. The handle doesn’t heat up and the pan cooks evenly.
My only complaint is I wish my 8” and 12” were the newer model. But this is no fault of Misen. I just REALLY love my new 10” pan.
