• Heat Retention: Stainless Steel excels at retaining heat and staying hot. Unlike cheaper pans, when you add cold food to a Misen pan, the temperature won't drop so you get better searing and more evenly cooked food.
• Even Heating: 3.0 mm is thicker than most of the more expensive pans out there, and those aluminum layers help the heat dissipate evenly across the surface. Every piece of chicken will cook and brown at the same pace, no matter where it sits in the pan.
• Larger Cooking Surface: Not all pans are created equal. We expanded ours, so our 10” pan holds 20% more than other 10” pans. Way more space to work with!
