Description

This is the pan you’ll grab every time you cook. Sear chicken thighs, simmer tomato sauce, saute broccoli, or finish off the pasta – this workhorse does it all. Its 5-Ply 3.0mm thick stainless steel heats evenly (no hot spots) and handles up to 800*F without warping. Plus, the sealed, curved edge makes pouring easy and cleanup simple – just toss in the dishwasher. Easy to clean? Lasts forever? Tastier dinner? Yes, please.

  • Heat Retention: Stainless Steel excels at retaining heat and staying hot. Unlike cheaper pans, when you add cold food to a Misen pan, the temperature won't drop so you get better searing and more evenly cooked food.
  • Even Heating: 3.0 mm is thicker than most of the more expensive pans out there, and those aluminum layers help the heat dissipate evenly across the surface. Every piece of chicken will cook and brown at the same pace, no matter where it sits in the pan.
  • Larger Cooking Surface: Not all pans are created equal. We expanded ours, so our 10” pan holds 20% more than other 10” pans. Way more space to work with!

    I like it a lot

    I think this stainless steel pan is great. I’m getting use to pre heating the pan and doing the water drop test. Cleaning is also really easy with a little bar keepers friend.
