    Love the pan

    I'm not experienced with high-end pans, but the difference in making fudge and jam with this pan compared to thin pans is night and day. I like their mission to get high quality pans to those who can't afford the (even) more expensive ones.

    Happy with the 3QT. Why have they not had the 2QT FOREVER?

    I've owned the 3QT size. It's great and I'd be happy getting a Misen for my 2QT saucier/sauce pan needs. The only issue, it hasn't been in stock for like a year. What gives? Is it discontinued? It would be highly helpful if Misen would put in estimated re-stock dates so that consumers can know to wait for a restock before moving on to another option.

    Nothing to say that hasn't been said already. A great saucier!

    I wish I bought one sooner, but truly this is extremely versatile and heavy. I love the sloped sides so that when I whisk sauces I can get into the corners and mix things thoroughly. I also love the lid, though the handle of the lid does get quite hot so I make sure to have a towel nearby to lift it.
