It took a bit of procrastination on my part before deciding to try this mail in service. To my surprise the process was easy enough. Let them know you want to do it, they mail you everything you need to send your knives in safely, & your loaner knives so there is no down time without knives. Turn around time was faster than I expected as well. And talk about sharp!!! Almost forgot - one of the pairing knives I sent in, had the very tip broken off when I dropped in on our concrete floor. When it was returned they had ground it into a nice point again. Was not expecting that! Overall a great experience and I will definitely be using this service again.

My husband and I were very impressed with Misen’s mail-in knife sharpening service. The fact that they send loaner knives was so helpful - and them sharpening our kitchen shears as well as our knives was much appreciated. The process was quick and easy. Thank you for making chopping fun again!
