Got the 12" 2 years ago when I was a worse cook It has been great to have around. Great for cooking 2 portions of protein and making a pan sauce. The wide cooking surface does great. Sauteing veggies or roasting a whole spatchcocked chicken is a breeze.
If I had to pick one con, I would say it is heavier than other higher priced pans which makes tossing food a bit tricky at times but I find it doable when I grip the handle with both hands.
If you want something with a lid I would look elsewhere. The silicone lid is not very good and I find it suctions onto the pan making it difficult. I mostly use that thing on smaller pans so it is easier to place
I have never used a pan like this before, it’s always been either a non stick or cast iron. Now I have I am not going back to any other, it’s been an easy and very enjoyable! Thanks!!

The hard water here is making this more difficult than I expected
It’s very new for me yet with just a few uses.
Heats evenly, the Misen online use suggestions were quite helpful, handle is perfect, doesn’t get hot & the skillet is well balanced. Like the side to bottom interface. A much better tool than what it replaced. Thus far I love it.
