What’s Kickstarter?

Kickstarter is an awesome platform where creative projects come to life. People who believe in a creator’s vision can support them. And, in return, supporters get early access to the product and first-look discounts!
How does Kickstarter work?

We set a funding goal and a deadline. If you're excited about it too, you can make a pledge to support it. If we hit our goal by the deadline, the project gets funded. If not, no money changes hands.
What’s a pledge?

A pledge is basically you saying, "I love this idea and want to see it happen." You pick an amount to contribute, and you'll get a big discount – Kickstarter calls it a “reward.”
What’s a reward?

Rewards are basically perks that the project creator creates. For us, it’s all about exclusive early access at the lowest possible prices.
Do I get charged immediately?

Nope! You only get charged if our project meets its funding goal by the deadline. If it doesn’t, you won’t pay a thing.
Is backing a project on Kickstarter…safe?

Backing projects on Kickstarter is pretty popular and generally safe, but remember, it’s not a pre-order. You're supporting a vision! Kickstarter has built in some safeguards, but it’s always good to read up on the project details.
Can I change or cancel my pledge?

Totally! Anytime before the project’s deadline. Once the project closes, though, pledges are locked in and can't be changed.
What happens if the project gets successfully funded?

If we hit our funding goal, we’ll go immediately into production! We’ll keep you posted on our progress, and you'll get your reward(s) based on the timeline we’ll provide.
What happens if it doesn't meet the goal?

We like to practice…cautious optimism! But, if for some reason, our new product doesn’t get funded, you won’t be charged. Simple as that.

HOW TO BACK OUR KICKSTARTER

Create a Kickstarter Account

First, you'll need a Kickstarter account! Go to Kickstarter.com and sign up with your email or connect via Facebook.
Choose a Reward Tier

We have different reward tiers with various discounts based on how much you pledge. Pick one that you like!
Make the Pledge

Once you’ve picked your reward tier, click the “Back This Project” button and enter your pledge amount. Make sure it matches or is higher than the amount for your chosen reward.
How Does the Order Process Work?

Making a pledge is different from regular online shopping. You don’t need to add a shipping address. You don’t need to make your color selection now, either. Once our campaign ends, we’ll reach out to collect all those order details.
Confirm Payment Method

Kickstarter takes several payment methods, including credit and debit cards. Remember, you won’t be charged until the project reaches its funding goal!
