The carbon steel pan is excellent
I really like how well it distributes the heat from my electric stovetop. See my other review comment about the seasoning wax performance (it is coming off in the center of the pan after three uses. I am washing and drying the pan after use and applying a light coat of cooking oil. Should I just continue using the pan or should I apply more seasoning wax. This is on the 10” pan. I have not treated the 12” pan yet - should I apply more than the four coats of the wax as the instructions direct, or just do the four and use the pan no matter what?
