LOVE the carbon steel wok! I couldn’t be more pleased with its quality & performance. Nice even heat and love the see thru lid to keep & eye on steaming off the veggies a bit! Can easily keep an eye on things this way & helps keep the food warm.

Got this work to improve my stir-fry game. By using this wok over a gas burner I can actually taste the difference from using my old built-in electric element wok. I can now easily get the smokey "wok hei" flavor that you expect from restaurant stir-fry and fried rice.
This wok is well balanced and the lid seals it well to keep everything together. This finish is both nice and useful to make the wok ready to go right out of the package.
It’s heavy - but not too heavy. It’s beautiful, conducts heat well, has a useful flat bottom to suit modern cooking surfaces, and is big enough to handle food for a full meal. The stay cool handles are wonderful. I love it! Did I say it’s beautiful?!
