Fish Spatula Description

This chef staple isn’t just for fish, though it’s sure to help deliver an evenly-cooked branzino.     Hank Shaw recommendation

    I recently purchased Hank Shaws fish cookbook and one of his recommendations is to own and use a fish spatula. I’ve been cooking fish and everything else for more years than I like to admit and frankly hadn’t heard the term fish spatula, so I had to look it up. As a Misen carbon steel pan customer I was pleased to see this pop up in my search. Knowing how much I appreciate the quality of the pans it was a no brained, and on the day I got it I put it to work. As Hank advised, it really makes a difference vs my other variety of spatulas. Flexible, thin, easy to handle delicate fish, and a plus in handle comfort.

    I liked the fact that you can use this in the carbon steel pan and easily flip an egg! It does a great job. If you buy a carbon steel seasoned pan then this is a must have!
