    Sturdy

    I bought this spoon and hoped it would hold up. A week after buying I preheated my oven to 450° not knowing the spoon and a pan had been left in there. It held up perfectly. No marks at all, no discoloration. I can't imagine I'll do anything harsher than that.

    Fantastic

    I started out with the mixing spatula, I found myself using it exclusively to the point if it was in the dishwasher I would get it out and wash it so I could use it. I decided I needed the entire set
