A Few Reasons You Shouldn’t Buy this
Nonstick Pan

Our pan isn’t perfect for everyone, and we don’t want anyone to be upset after purchasing our gear. So here are a few reasons to avoid this pan.

You prefer to use the dishwasher to clean cookware

Our nonstick is dishwasher safe, but you really should avoid it to maintain the nonstick surface, which will break down faster in the dishwasher. If handwashing isn't your thing (no judgement!) then you'll probably not enjoy maintaining this pan. We'd suggest Stainless Steel cookware which is impossible to destroy and ideal for dishwashers.

You have an unlimited budget for nonstick.

Is this the greatest nonstick pan ever made? No, but it's pretty damn close to the stuff that costs $200+ (especially when it comes to durability). More expensive pans have copper or steel cores which help with heat retention. For our money, those things are nice, but don't matter too much in day-to-day cooking unless you're a professional chef. But hey, we loved cooking with them when we tested them - so if you have the budget then you may want to check them out.

You want a pan that'll last forever.

We hate replacing nonstick pans too. Unfortunately, there is no nonstick cookware on Earth that'll last forever, Misen included. It'll last longer than most, but if you're looking for the forever pan we'd avoid this pan. Instead we'd recommend Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel, which are pretty much guaranteed to last for life.

    Confidence building pan

    I can cook great tender omelettes and scrambled eggs for the first time in my life. They slide out of the pan done to perfection after being gently cooked over low to medium heat. I’ve scraped at eggs in a variety of other pans for 60 years with tough results. What a difference.
