8” nonstick skillet is wonderful! I use it twice a day everyday. Serves many purposes. Thanks so much for making this skillet. The handle is easy to grasp and clean. Sleek looking contrast to the dark interior of the skillet. Skillet’s surface has a little texture and works well with different foods added in. Scrambled eggs or hamburger patty. Reheating is a dream and I never go over medium (electric) heat. Cleans up nicely after cool down

I bought the 8 inch pre seasoned carbon steel pan for eggs. Once I used it and everything was non stick and tasted better, I ordered the 10 inch and 12 inch pans. I followed the easy directions on pan prep before using and it helped a lot. Also, used a tiny bit of oil to cook with. The pans heat up very quickly, without hot spots; something my old teflons didn't do. (They are now in the trash.) I researched many other brands for NON PFOA chemicals and decided on Misen. Follow the directions on Misen web page regarding touch up seasoning and do not soak or dishwasher the pans. They will clean up by just wiping with a paper towel, rinsing and total drying. The pans come with a blue silicone removable sleeve before use in the oven. These pans are very sturdy and may be a bit heavy for some folks, especially the 12 inch. I had no problem handling any of them. I also bought silicone utensils for better care of the pans. One other point: try not to remove a hot pan from the stove and go directly to cold water rinse.
I highly recommend these pans for novice and experienced cooks.
We have used many non stick pans in the past. Cheap to expensive. These, by far, are the best in the business. For the money, I would not buy anything else.
