This knife is almost out on our counter because we use it every day to slice breads and bagels. It is angled perfectly to obtain thin or thick slices. It has maintained its sharpness, and I have purchased several as gifts.

Quality is great, as has been all of my Misen products to this point. Knife is super sharp. Cut into my cutting
board pretty good trying to get through an overcooked crust. Only reason the knife isn’t 5 starts is I feel like the handle puts your hand too close to the cutting board when trying to get through the bottom of a loaf of bread. This lead to me using the tip of the knife more than I would like to get through the crust. Which is why I cut into my cutting board so much. Over still very pleased with the purchase.

We have tried it on sourdough bread and typical knives made it difficult. This knife was amazing

This particular version of Misen Bread knife was given as a gift. I have loved my knife for YEARS due to the weight, efficiency, ease and perfect serration.
