Great,I am still figuring out how to use the sharpener,I am accustomed to the old fashioned file.i hope it was made in Brooklyn though or anywhere in the US. I am ordering the shorter version tomorrow.great knife everyone should have one in the kitchen
I currently own three of these fine paring knives by Misen, and I believe they are the best buy in paring cutlery anywhere! The size is perfect, and the edge remains sharp after repeated use. I own numerous Misen knives, and they all work as advertised.
