The Delicate Knife Full of Power

The serrated knife is often called thebread knife (and who are we to argue, given 90% of the time we use it to slice through delicious crusty breads), but don’t let the name fool you.

This kitchen workhorse is delicate enough to gently and quickly slice through soft foods without damaging them, but strong enough to saw through virtually anything you put in front of it. It’s a must-have for every home cook, and a knife you’ll find yourself using more and more.

Great knives!

The serrated and the paring knife are well balanced and retain their edge. They perform quite well. I have been cutting garden ripe tomatoes with the paring knife, it cuts cleanly each time.

Highly recommend the knives.

Pretty good knife!

I really like this knife. It's a tad heavier and a bit longer than expected but is still quite versatile for slicing almost anything. I find that it's more of a "right-handed" knife, as it seems to cut out to the left just a bit when I slice with the knife in my left (usual) hand. The serrations are on the right hand side of the knife and the deflection is noticeably less when slicing with it in my right hand. Either handed, though it is a very efficient knife.
