Great Knife

Tested the waters with the smaller version of the serrated knife, which was wonderful so ordered the larger and the Santoku. Couldn't be happier, makes chopping and cutting a pleasure rather than a chore.

Thank you for remembering “small” hands!

I’m now giving my larger serrated Misen knife ( which was a great addition to my knife collection) to my daughter (has larger hands). I love using the shorter serrated knife where I have more control slicing loaves of bread the thickness I want.
