It took awhile to get a replacement blue handle for my Misen carbon steel 12” pan. The handles are very good, and after a lot of use, they start to break down. Like most tho gs eventually do. But, Misen kindly warranteed it and I am very appreciative. Love my pan, too! Thanks, Misen

Silicone Handle
The handle is a wonderful addition to our collection of Misen knives and pans. Make it so much easier to handle the pans and then "rehook" to over the counter pot hanger. We have one for each pot/pan for this much wanted addition.

I have had these handle covers (came with my pans) for a few years (never caught in the disposal! )
They have been great, only one is a bit loose, but no issue.
I was just reading other reviews and noticed Mike's response to someone who had trouble seating their replacement handlees...
Rather than just Misen responding, "Our sport team will contact you", as most other companies respond to reviews, Misen added some detail "there are two sizes". That extra step helps everyone else reading the issue, and adds confidence they will actually contact and hey, I did not notice there were two sizes myself.

Replacement. Great customer service
The silicone handle on my Misen carbon steel pan split after years of use. I inquired as to whether Misen sold a replacement. One was immediately shipped out free of charge. One of many reasons I continue to use Misen.
