    Excellent Pan!

    Wanted to get away from Teflon to cook my morning eggs. I already have the 10" carbon-steel, so I knew how great Misen pans (and knives!) were. The 8" didn't disappoint. Eggs slide right out. Wish I'd switched sooner. Get Misen carbon-steel pans. You'll be glad you did.

    The best pan

    Absolutely awesome pan it does stain but this doesn’t affect its functionality truly the best pan i ever owned
