    love them!

    got the set of 3 carbon steel pans. having used cast iron for years very familiar with how to keep them seasoned properly. loved that they were presented and ready to go. so far no issues and as non stick as to be expected.

    love the lower weight compared to cast iron and love the heat resistant handle covers that come with the pans.

    Great for searing fish and scallops

    I fried fish and seared scallops both came out perfect. And the clean up was easy. I followed the directions; preheat and add oil before cooking.
