    Great Bench scraper

    I needed this and it is a great tool. Beautiful wood and perfect size to move so chipped items to your own or bowl easy and efficiently. Love it... And my Misen knives are incredible..

    Who knew?

    I never would have thought I needed this until my son gave it to me as a present. Boy, do I love it. No more dulling my good knife to transfer (and usually drop!) my chopped veggies—it’s easy peasy to scoop up big batches, as well as the juicy garlic and herbs that want to stick to the board, and also to scrape peelings into the compost bin. I also love that it’s pretty enough to leave out, so I can keep it handy to do odd things like cut a ball of pizza dough in half or scrape up something sticky on the counter. I honestly don’t know how I cooked without it and can't wait to give one to friends.
