Before cooking on stainless steel, always preheat empty pan on medium-high for 3-4 minutes, or until a splash of water forms round balls that bounce around the surface of the pan.
For best results, cook with oil or butter

Not at all! Throw them in the dishwasher, let them soak overnight, sear on high-heat — our stainless steel cookware can take anything and truly lasts a lifetime.

Stainless Steel is not nonstick, however, there are ways to make the surface temporarily nonstick before each cooking session.
To do this, heat the pan over medium heat for 2 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and swirl it around the pan. When you see smoke turn off the heat. Let the pan cool down and wipe out any excess oil. Your pan is now temporarily seasoned and should remain nonstick until you wash it with soap!

Amazing! Recently used it for the first time and the chicken and veggies came out perfect. The pan really allows the food to cook evenly. No regrets! Also, I need to mention that at the beginning of my experience with Misen, I was not too happy as my order did not arrive on time and as expected. However, their customer service was outstanding. Prompt responses and easy to deal with. I would certainly purchase again from Misen. All those folks that want a good SS Roasting pan, you got one with MISEN!! :)

Many uses!
Roasts vegetable, makes pancakes and french toast as well as hamburgers! Lots more uses also.

3/1 roasting pan
I ordered medium pan since my meals are small. It is an excellent pan, good weight and sides are low enough for good airflow. The handles are a nice height and substantial providing excellent grip. I really like this pan, as well as all Misen products I have purchased. It is without doubt a fun pan to use and inspires recipes just so I can use it. Thanks Misen!
