Misen Knives
I have a full set of Misen knives and I have enjoyed using each one of them. They maintain their sharpness with just a few strokes of the ceramic sharpening rod.
While there are many knife manufacturers out there, I will stick with my Misen knives!

As a meat cutter for over 30 years, I've owned a variety of boning knives for retail use. I would have GLADLY tossed them ALL OUT, for this INCREDIBLY SHARP Misen 6" boning knive. Straight from the box, its razor-sharp edge, made quick work of a tomato, cabbage & cutting up a whole chicken. I own 6 MISEN knives & a 9 pc cooking set. Everyone of them "OUTSTANDING".

Better than the filet knife
First want to say filet knife is excellent but the boning knife is so much more versatile so if you had to make a choice the boning knife all day long. Feels great in the hand and allows for easy movement for any task. It is a keeper!!!
