Designed for Full Visibility

Rounded corners and a wide surface let you peek under food while it cooks, so you flip at the right moment instead of hoping for the best.

    Great spatula

The spatula is great. Lifts food easily, very sturdy despite the thin blade. Slides under food easily. Works great with the Carbon Nonstick pan.

    fish spatula - multi purpose

I use this spatula for all foods that require‘flipping’.

Even have a spare spatula for assistance! Don’t use normal

Spats because they are not deep enough to hold the food.

    Non-stick fish spatula

If you have non-stick coated cookware, this is a must have.

Why a Stainless Steel Fish Spatula Is Essential for Delicate Cooking

The thin, tapered blade on this fish spatula is what makes it so useful beyond just fish. It slides cleanly under delicate fillets, fried eggs, and pancakes without tearing them apart, while still being sturdy enough to lift a steak off the grill. The wide head with rounded corners makes it easy to peek underneath food to check for a proper sear before you commit to the flip.

The platinum-cured silicone handle stays comfortable to grip even when your hands are wet or greasy, and a nylon core inside keeps the spatula rigid so it doesn't flex when you need control. It's dishwasher safe and rated to 450°F, so it holds up well next to a hot stainless steel frying pan or a pan from the full stainless steel collection.

If you're building out a set of everyday tools, a good pair of stainless steel tongs pairs naturally with this spatula for handling everything from searing meat to plating vegetables. Together they cover most of the flipping, turning, and lifting you'll need at the stove.
