Love cooking with it. Made quesadillas, a few ground chicken burgers with zucchini, peppers and corn in the mixture and held together with breadcrumbs and egg. Release is wonderful. We'll see how it performs in 6 months...
This is the best chef's knife I've owned in 50 years of home cooking. I've had mine for 3 years and the edge is still sharp with only occasional passes over my sharpening steel. Good balance, easy to grip. Works for everything from ripe tomatoes to butternut squash.
I've used a 10"for several years so I wanted a larger one. Just like my original pan this one is very nonstick. It's awesome for eggs of all types and it even sears chicken very well also. Misen just makes incredible products. My initial priced was the smaller nonstick pan and from there I purchased the entire stainless steel set and the knife set. All are amazing!
