• Nonstick Pan: The pan starts with a 4.0mm aluminum core. We use a plasma primer, which means the nonstick coating lasts longer – most pans out there aren’t primed. And then we apply three layers of platinum-grade PFOA-Free coating, with microscopic peaks and valleys, allowing for more nonstick surface area. Translation? It's harder to wear down or scratch and will stick around more than other nonsticks.
• Nonstick Saucier: The same longer-lasting nonstick as the pan. Both feature  ergonomic, stay-cool handles and wors on gas, electric, and induction stoves. One final note: We hate it when food gets gunked in the corners, so unlike the traditional saucepan, our saucier has sloped walls, making it easier to clean. And the rim is also curved, so liquids pour out quite easily (we’re thinking caramel sauce, but you do you).
