The perfect peeler!
This peeler literally glides across a potato! The blades doesn't overcut into the vegetable, just skimming enough off with incredible ease. I've given these as Christmas gifts to relatives in Ireland who've been peeling potatoes all their lives, and they absolutely adore them!

Interesting switch
I have seen many other people using this shape of peeler, and decided to try it myself after YEARS of using the one I got from my grandmother. So far so good. It appears better to control and makes less of a mess. I plan to give it a workout over the holidays.
