Why It’s Great

Corners Are Where Sauces Go to Die

Curved interior walls make stirring easier so sauces stay moving and nothing gets scorched in the corners you can't reach.

Wide Mouth = Faster Reduction

More surface area means more evaporation, which means your sauce reduces faster. Bet your geometry teacher didn’t tell you that.

Handle Stays Cool Despite the Heat

An ergonomic, stay-cool handle means you're not reaching for a towel or an oven mitt every time you need to move the pan.

Why 5-Ply?

5-ply means a pan that performs (and looks good).

Three layers of steel and two of aluminum, bonded at 3.0mm thickness for even heat. No hot spots, no warping.

Easy-Peasy Clean-sy

Throw it in the dishwasher and watch a movie.

We tested it. And tested it again. And again. Our Stainless Steel won’t warp and is virtually indestructible, so you can chill on the cleaning routine.

Questions?

Are stainless steel pans difficult to care for?

Not at all! Throw them in the dishwasher, let them soak overnight, sear on high-heat — our stainless steel cookware can take anything and truly lasts a lifetime.

Will my pans be nonstick?

Stainless Steel is not nonstick, however, there are ways to make the surface temporarily nonstick before each cooking session.
To do this, heat the pan over medium heat for 2 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and swirl it around the pan. When you see smoke turn off the heat. Let the pan cool down and wipe out any excess oil. Your pan is now temporarily seasoned and should remain nonstick until you wash it with soap!

Is the cookware induction compatible?

Definitely!

How do I clean stains and discoloration off of the pans?

Use Bar Keeper's Friend, (baking soda will also work!), water, and a lightly abrasive sponge.

Doesn’t every company on earth claim their stuff is better?

Yep! That’s why we tend to let our reviews do the talking. At Misen, our goal is to make great products and sell them for fair and honest prices. That’s what value means to us.

    Excellent quality

Perfect size for small stovetop preparation and is oven-ready. I will be honest. I have a number of pots and pans from one of your competitors. They didn't have this size, so I thought I would give your product a try. I found it far superior to my other brand and now wish I had tried your line before purchasing others. The fact that they can handle up to 800 F beats my current other brands by 200F. I plan to begin purchasing your line one pot or pan at a time and will sell my other brand. I learned 50 years ago that quality commercial pots and pans last forever. I place your brand in that category.

    Excellent purchase

While I purchased the saucier as a gift for my sister, I can say she absolutely loves it. It is the most used pot in her. So glad it came with a lid. It wasn’t mention in the description. I know each time she boils eggs or makes soups she’ll be thrilled with the quality of the gift and my thoughtfulness.

    Better than a pot

Found long ago a saucier with it's rounded bottom is superior for heating or cooking every thing.

This 2 quart pot is a perfect mid sized necessity for every kitchen. I had to leave my very expensive cookware but this is as good as what I had and heats well.

Just the pot for my need

I bought this saucier to replace an old one. It fits my need perfectly for cooking oatmeal with added ingredients for one person. Can also use it for gravy, sauces or a cup of soup. The quality seems excellent and aesthetically appealing. It is just the right weight from the 5-ply stainless steel construction. I love the even heating and non-sticking advantage due to the shape of sauciers. Cleaning is easier. It is pricey. One only needs to purchase a few good ones for a lifetime use.

    Love it

First time using aluminum pot and it is great and easy to clean. I will order the 3 quart.

Why the 0.75‑Qt Stainless Steel Saucier Excels at Sauce Making

The 0.75 QT saucier is built for small-batch precision work: pan sauces, beurre blanc, custards, and melted butter where every ounce matters. Its rounded sides mean no corners for a whisk to miss, and the wide mouth speeds up evaporation so reductions come together faster. The 5-ply construction with 3.0mm walls keeps heat even across the cooking surface, so you're not fighting hot spots while babysitting a delicate emulsion.

If you find yourself often needing more volume, the same design scales up in the 1.5 QT saucier or 2 QT saucier, both sharing the stay-cool handle and curved pouring lip. For everyday searing and larger dishes alongside your sauce work, it pairs well with a piece from Misen's stainless steel cookware collection.

Like the rest of Misen's stainless line, this saucier is dishwasher safe, oven safe to 800°F, and induction compatible, so it fits into a working kitchen without special handling. A quick preheat and a little oil keep food from sticking, and Bar Keeper's Friend handles any stubborn discoloration over time.
