    Excellent Service - Warranty Replacement Spoontula

    We ran into an issue where our spoontula was starting to crack at the bottom. I was able to easily submit a warranty claim to Misen and they reviewed and approved it very quickly. We received the new one in the mail within the week. We love the Misen tools and really appreciate their customer service.

    Just the right utensil in my kitchen

    I have tried similar utensils in my kitchen before but most, if not all does not last at all. They tend to break internally and becomes useless. Here comes Misen which I am trying for the first time. It appears to be rigid enough and yet plyable on the areas where you need them to be. Will it last? only time will tell...For as long as it will not give on me while I am cooking, I am happy enough to make the switch.

    Such an all purpose utensil

    Replacing the black plastic utensils that are now considered not healthy. I liked the first set of Misen utensils so much that I bought a second round for our lake house. I am so happy that I found your brand.

    Useful and Nice Quality

    So many modern kitchen tools look nice but don;t really work when you need them to. This one performs many jobs well, is easy to clean, looks good, and is a very nice quality and weight.
