I'd always steered away from stainless steel. remembering having to scrub them with a lot of elbow grease. But I was getting tired of having to buy a new non-stick every other year. My new Stainless pan cooks beautifully – really superior for browning – and cleans up with a sponge, soap and water. I'm looking forward to using this pan for rest of my life!

This thing is amazing! I don't know how I've ever done without it. The sides are high enough – I've never spilled anything out of it. The handles are high, making it very easy to manipulate. I never get burned getting it in and out of the oven. My favorite thing to use it for is roasted potatoes. This it truly made my life much easier. It's very attractive piece, and the price couldn't be better. Misen does NOT cut corners. I now have a whole kitchen of Misen stuff, and I wouldn't trade it for a million bucks! Try it.
