NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor and Administrator
The Multi-Brand Summer Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by Misen, Inc. ("Sponsor" or "Administrator"). The Sweepstakes is offered in partnership with ButcherBox and Wildgrain (collectively with Sponsor, the "Participating Brands").
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Participating Brands, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 16, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, complete the entry form by submitting your name and email address above.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the channel or link through which you access the Entry Page. Additional entries submitted by the same person or email address will be void.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries submitted by any means that subvert the entry process, are void. Use of multiple email addresses or identities to enter more than once is prohibited and may result in disqualification of all associated entries.
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the marketing communications described in Section 9.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of the following:
The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $1,951.
Each Participating Brand is solely responsible for fulfilling its respective portion of the Grand Prize.
The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor and each Participating Brand reserve the right to substitute a prize component of equal or greater value if the advertised component becomes unavailable.
Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and any expenses not expressly listed above, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value of the prize.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 19, 2026, conducted by Sponsor.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within approximately three (3) business days of the drawing.
The potential winner must respond to the notification by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 22, 2026. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release within the time period specified by Sponsor.
If a potential winner does not respond by the deadline, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, fails to return required documents within the time specified, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner will be announced only after the winner has been verified. Being selected in the drawing does not itself constitute winning; a potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and the Participating Brands to use the winner's name, likeness, city and state of residence, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
9. Privacy and Marketing Communications
Information submitted with an entry will be collected by Sponsor and shared with each Participating Brand.
By entering, you (a) agree to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at [URL], and (b) consent to receive marketing emails from each of the Participating Brands: Misen, ButcherBox, and Wildgrain.
You may unsubscribe from any brand's emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in that brand's messages. Each brand manages its own email list, and unsubscribing from one brand does not unsubscribe you from the others.
Each Participating Brand's use of your information after transfer is governed by that brand's own privacy policy:
Entrants who are residents of jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. See the applicable brand's privacy policy for information about how to exercise those rights.
10. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation, suspension, or modification.
