    Wonderful

    I usually use peanut oil, and still will for fried potatoes. But this is a really light flavor and doesn’t smoke. It will stay on my stove from now on

    Works great

    Doesn't smoke until super hot, does the job without adding flavor. A nice alternate to have vs my standard frying oil, olive oil, which has a distinct taste.
