Algae Cooking Club - Algae Cooking Oil - 7 oz - Squeeze Bottle - 2 Pack

Some family members who live in a more populated area and one of whom travels the world for work, had highest praise for the fish I prepared with this oil. Her son described the buttery flavor aspect so expectations very well managed there. I need this in a bigger bottle for perhaps a little better value proposition. It is going to fast. I gave yet another family member my other bottle as a birthday gift. Not had feedback yet & I bet it will be positive as well. I will need to try it for myself next. I want to try with another type of fish & also for making some pasta with it.

This is a very nice, neutral oil. The oil is very light in color and taste and did not add any flavor (which was fine with me). I don't often cook at really high temps but I've not had it smoke yet (which is really nice since my kitchen doesn't have a vent). I love the 16oz aluminum bottle - it did arrive with some small dings but it's really stylish, has a nice pour spout and looks nice on my counter. The lid came off strangely as it appeared to be a twist-off safety-seal but it just spun around and then eventually I just lifted it off the bottle. Definitely recommend!
