It does! The Grill Lid is made with the exact same materials as the Dutch Oven itself — so it's compatible with gas, electric, and induction stovetops, and oven-safe to 500º F / 260º C.

    I can hardly wait to use this dutch oven.

    This is the real thing, not a cheap knock-off. A very nice oven casserole dish or an oven pot for making the southern dishes I was raised on like chicken and dumplings, beef stew, potatoes-Au-gratin.

    Gorgeous! Oooh lala!

    I just had the pleasure of unboxing my new sexy, red 7-qt Dutch oven. It definitely makes a statement - when my husband saw it he said, “Oohh lala!”

    Apart from its good looks, this Dutch oven is sturdy and has some serious heft. I’ve owned Le Creuset for decades, and this item feels just as good - for a fraction of the cost. Thanks, Misen. I can’t wait to cook in my little red corvette of a Dutch oven.
