Why It’s Great

Restaurant-Grade, Table Ready

High-alumina vitrified porcelain is what restaurants specify because they can't afford to replace plates. Now in a salad-plate size built for everyday home use.

From Fridge to Microwave to Table

No special handling required. Pop it in the fridge, reheat in the microwave, then put it in the dishwasher. Repeat daily.

Color That Doesn't Quit

Triple-firing locks the glaze deep into the body. The color never fades, scratches off, or washes away no matter how many cycles it goes through.

Built to Last

Most everyday dishes last 5 years. Ours are built to last 20+.

High-alumina vitrified porcelain, triple-fired at 2,300–2,400°F, aka the same material restaurants use because they can't afford to keep replacing plates.

Set It and Forget It

Restaurant-grade steel. Zero special treatment.

18/10 stainless flatware that won't rust, pit, or dull — no polishing, no hand-washing, no fuss.

Customer Reviews

Salad Plate Set – Blue, 8‑Piece

The 8-Piece Salad Plate Set - Blue is a smaller plate designed for starters and sides, made from restaurant-grade porcelain for everyday durability. Each plate uses high-alumina vitrified porcelain fired at 2,300–2,400°F for chip and scratch resistance, with a reinforced rim to help resist scuffs that can happen while stacking and storing.

Size-wise, each salad plate measures 8.74 in (222 mm) in diameter and 0.91 in (23 mm) tall, with a 0.17 in (4.2 mm) rim thickness and a 0.22 in (5.7 mm) base thickness. That footprint works well for salads, appetizers, bread, and side portions, especially when you want a plate that is distinct from a full-size dinner plate.

The porcelain body is fully non-porous through the entire plate, so it will not stain, absorb odors, or show knife marks. The blue color is locked in with a triple-fired construction that sets the glaze into the body so it will not fade or wear away through repeated use, including frequent dishwasher cycles.

For day-to-day routines, these plates are dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, freezer-safe, and oven-safe up to 400°F (204°C). That makes it practical to move from fridge storage to reheating and back to cleanup without special care.

What comes in the 8-Piece Salad Plate Set - Blue?

This set includes 8 salad plates in the Blue colorway. Each plate is the same size and material, designed as a smaller plate for starters and sides, and built to handle regular use in the dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and oven (up to 400°F).

What are the plates made of?

The 8-Piece Salad Plate Set - Blue is made from high-alumina vitrified porcelain. The plates are fired at 2,300–2,400°F to support chip and scratch resistance, and the body is fully non-porous to help prevent staining, odor absorption, and knife marks.
