Before cooking on stainless steel, always preheat empty pan on medium-high for 3-4 minutes, or until a splash of water forms round balls that bounce around the surface of the pan.
For best results, cook with oil or butter.
To remove stubborn stains, apply Bar Keeper’s Friend or baking soda then rub with a soft sponge or cloth.

Not at all! Throw them in the dishwasher, let them soak overnight, sear on high-heat — our stainless steel cookware can take anything and truly lasts a lifetime.

Stainless Steel is not nonstick, however, there are ways to make the surface temporarily nonstick before each cooking session.
To do this, heat the pan over medium heat for 2 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and swirl it around the pan. When you see smoke turn off the heat. Let the pan cool down and wipe out any excess oil. Your pan is now temporarily seasoned and should remain nonstick until you wash it with soap!

Well made pot
This is a sturdy, well-made pot that’s heats evenly and while solid is not too heavy. The lid fits well and I really appreciate being able to see what I’m cooking without removing it. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it’s just a tad shale fit my taste. That isn’t a flaw as I’m sure that is better in many cases, but I do wish it was slightly deeper. Would still recommend it highly.

Better than anything else out there
Even though we are in our 70s, we are concerned with the forever chemicals applied to most all commercially available cookware. Having bought a set of your original non-stick skillets via your kickstarter campaign and a couple knives, we upgraded to your carbon non stick skillets and having also been less than happy with the sauce pans we had decided to buy two of your saucier pans in the sizes we use most often. As with everything we have bought from Misen, we are tickled with the quality, ease of use and cleanup ! We recently also ordered a set of your lids for our carbon nonstick skillets.

Great for induction
I had several small sauciers - then I got an induction stovetop and none of them worked. This stainless steel saucier is a perfect size and lidded to boot. An excellent saucier!!
