    Multi-use indeed

    most recently used to double stack a roast beef inside an oval dutch oven. perfect fit. came out great and the perfect height to keep lifted off the deck and between layers.

    also used in the misen 1/4 sheet roasting pan (~9.5”x13” iirc) and i can confirm that two will fit with ample space; three will fit but the third will be slightly angled off pitch and not lay flat. to be more clear… take two with the longest sides parallel and the third is perpendicular to those like a “T”. all three will not fit in one direction.

    my favorite part of these is that the corners and middle of the joists/ribs are 1/8” thicker when laid on the flat surface which allows for air movement on the outside edges.

    modular is a huge plus. can confirm easy to clean as well.

    Baking grills

    Some of my recipes are cooked using an old metal grill to allow fat from the meat to drain off. They get rusty so I wanted to try these. They are much better and clean off perfectly. I wish I had them a long time ago.
