Literally Flexible
Very versatile product. One of those good to have tools when you really need it. In this case, as the top of toaster ovens get very hot, it can be used to set items on and not have to worry about the heat.

Beats metal racks for most things
The main reason I love these rack is that they are so easy to clean. No baked on crusty stuff on small wires that you spend way too much time scraping off before you put in the dishwasher. I give these a quick rinse and into the dishwasher they go. Plus you can configure for the size you need. i think 4 are a minimum if you do big roasts.

A Great Invention for the Kitchen
Anyone who has ever roasted anything in the oven dreads cleaning the rack afterward. These silicone racks eliminate the dread. They went into the dishwasher and came out spotless. I will never use the traditional rack ever again.

Versatile!
These are elk coming you way so versatile! I have used the racks as a hot pad when removing heavy cookware from the oven, I can space them out to fit anything from a Dutch oven to a large roasting pan.
I have also used them as a rack for roasting. I love that I can arrange them to fit several different sized pans. Bonus, they are very easy to clean!
