Our NEW mini 13 inch size is even more accessible – perfect for mid-week roast chicken or for reviving pizza slices.

This IS a roasting pan because It’s sturdy and deep enough to hold a holiday turkey. But it’s NOT a roasting pan that sits in the back of your cabinet the rest of the year. That’s right – it’s a roasting pan, it’s a sheet pan, it’s a griddle. We use ours ALL WEEK LONG for everything from sheet pan veggies and chicken thighs to stove top french toast and bacon to late-night chocolate chip cookies. 3 in 1 versatility. Mic drop.

  • 5-Ply, 3.0mm Stainless Steel: Crafted from 3 layers of rigid steel and 2 layers of aluminum – all the benefits of our Stainless Steel cookware. 
  • Heat Retention: Stainless excels at getting hot and staying hot. Unlike cheaper pans, when you add cold food, the temperature won't drop. This means better searing and more evenly-cooked food.
  • Even Heating: 3.0 mm is thicker than most expensive pans out there, and the aluminum layers help heat dissipate across the surface. Dinner will cook and brown more consistently.
  • Unique Handles: Extra tall, extra wide and easy to grab, even with mitts! 
  • 1.5-inch Side Walls: High enough for optimal airflow to get perfect all-over browning, but tall enough to keep in juices and prevent spills.

    Great Pan!

    Heavy gauge stainless and solidly built! The handles seem oversized at first, but are super easy to grab with mitts, and are solidly attached. Zero wiggle.

    Love this pan

    Heats evenly and the handles make it much easier to maneuver in the oven. Looking forward to trying it as a griddle on the stove! It has also cleaned up really easily despite bot having a nonstick coating. Recommend.

    Threw away my old sheet pans

    Amazing roasting pan is superb in every respect, allows for better browning, and much easier clean up. Appreciate having food on a stainless steel rather than aluminum surface. This will be my go to from now on.

    I an word, solid.

    Needed an upgrade to a really old decrepit roasting pan that was just higher walled pressed aluminum. My roasting pans see some use especially heading into the fall in the Northeast. An impressively made stainless unit [bummed the rack wasn't all that impressive, so skipped it] nice and heavy/sturdy. Took advantage of the 20% Labor Day sale and finally upgraded!
