    Perfect for my poached egg obsession!

    This short-handled spoon is exactly the right size for bashing out poached eggs from my veery small saucepan. I'm sure it functions very well in other applications, but it does the job I got it for perfectly!

    Love this!

    This is a serious spoon. It is a perfect weight, substantial enough to be validating of both the food and the cook. The bowl is a practical size and works in many different situations . It feels great to use, and even looks capable. Nice work!
