I liked the shorter cooking and frying times. In fact, I over cooked my first pork chop because I was on "ordinary cookware time."

Our Misen pans are a delight. They look great, feel good in the hand (the handle design is the reason I purchased the set). They are the most "controllable" pans we've ever owned, spreading heat evenly and able to keep a steady, low simmer on our gas cooktop. I'm not sure what magic you've used to keep the handles from getting hot, but it's amazing!
One suggestion, as your team markets to consumers, is to make some smaller pans available. We are an empty-nest couple, and find that we want a small skillet and especially a small saucepan (1 qt or 5 cup) quite frequently. We would also love to have a double-boiler bowl for one of the small saucepan sizes, and perhaps a steamer basket for the 2qt.
