The 10-inch serrated knife is Misen's longest serrated blade, built specifically for tasks where a shorter knife falls short — cutting through tall sourdough loaves, layered cakes, and large fruits like pineapple or melon without crushing or tearing. Its 32 wide-set serrations glide through tough crusts and soft interiors alike, while the balanced blade thickness keeps each slice clean and even. The AUS-8 Japanese steel holds a sharp edge well, and the ergonomic POM handle with a sloped bolster keeps your grip comfortable during longer slicing sessions.
To keep the blade performing at its best, hand wash and dry it immediately after use, and plan to sharpen it every four to six months — Misen's mail-in sharpening service makes that easy starting at $11 per knife. If you want a smaller serrated option for tomatoes, rolls, or citrus, the 5" Serrated Knife handles tomatoes, rolls, and smaller slicing tasks just as cleanly. Hand wash and dry after use. All Misen knives carry a lifetime warranty against defects.
